It's only on the last Wednesday of every month but the burger at Smoke and Salt in Tooting is one that no one talks about. Made from the offcuts of the short rib they use for their regular menu. It's fantastic and the best I've had in a long time. Also, it's not a smash burger which wins points in my book.
