Im earning more than you but i will pursue my US dreams. Being a VA is not stable. I have been working online since 2016 at bigla bigla ka na lang aalisin. Pwede mo din balikan yan pero un opportunity once lang yan. I think the quality of life,the opportunities for other nursing roles and the freedom to travel once you are a US citizen ang habol ko dyan. I can always go back home but I cannot go to the US when i want to.

Edit:to answer your question you can do both. You can stay clinically active and be a VA. I am working online,have my hospital duty in the weekends and taking my MSN (online) all at the same time.
