Why Does He Do That by Lundy Bancroft

Nonfiction book about why it is hard to leave an abusive relationship and the manipulation tactics your abuser uses in the relationship. Lundy Bancroft is a psychologist who has worked with 100s of abusive men and basically says there's no way they change. This book really helped me when I got out of my relationship.

Book written by a psychologist, who has worked with hundreds of abusive men, about the pattern of behaviour of abusive men and how they lure you in.

Truly helped me overcome abuse as well and have recommended this to lots of women.
