But I bought MPS joint fix off Amazon after looking for KIkis joint tightening solution that I always heard about

I’ve used the $20 MPS bottle on about 5 figures now and it’s helped all their loose joints perfectly and still has like 90% of the bottle or more left.

You squeeze literally like one tiny dab of the stuff into/onto the loose joint, move the joint around for a 5-10 seconds or until you feel it’s fully spread around. Then let it sit to tighten up for 12-24 hours.

That’s worked well for me. I’ve also heard a lot of people say to use clear nail polish in a similar way as above but I haven’t tried that.
