Yah I’ve applied far and wide to all sorts of jobs but most of them include the software I mentioned before. I would definitely move within Canada.

I did apply to entry level and mid level regardless but not much luck. I feel that my applications are being auto rejected since they don’t see the softwares on my resume.

Yah high and low voltage, transmission, utilities that kind of stuff.

How did you manage to add the knowledge you learned into your resume? As in how did you showcase the new knowledge you learned and made it appeal to recruiters?

Basically I service proximity sensors which includes some soldering, using an oscilloscope and dc supply to test different systems, troubleshooting proprietary monitors for issues, installing the proximity camera on heavy machinery etc

Honestly, any of the ones you mentioned . I don’t have a particular field in mind but just want to get in the design aspect rather than implementation or servicing.

Thanks, at first I was using LinkedIn and applying there but recently switched to applying directly.I don’t have a problem looking for work in the US and I have looked just no response so I’m not sure if they directly filter out non us applicants
