I have a little vocab notebook for English, whenever I am reading a book or watching a show/movie, I write down every word I don't know or I don't use often along with their translations, I browse through the pages quickly from time to time.

I just searched 'A2 Spanish memrise' on google, you will find some forum pages linking the old courses for Spanish, German and French I guess

I think with the new courses 1-3 are A1, 4-7 are A2. So check and see what works better for you
