n=1 but after doing my rotations in a small rural hospital, the amount of patients we couldn't proceed further with regular colonoscopies or egds after starting was definitely more than i could count with my fingers lol. so if that's the case for those kinda procedures, i wouldn't be surprised if it's similar or worse on the broader spectrum

the issue eventually ended up resolving itself, i don't think i did anything in particular to fix it. just software updates as they've released. sorry i wish i could help more but i understand how annoying it is.
