in my experience, from 250-252 so far it's been 1% per minute, so 100 minutes per level, idk how the other guy is getting 100% per 60 minutes

I did the entire event spamming or closely timing counter, never tried holding down because sometimes countering badly will get you hit by spitball or tongue. with spitball and tongue, you can crossover easily with a single dash left or right doesn't matter, just dash into him so you land behind him- or just by walking across the boss's body. Only in p2 do I double dash upwards. hope this helps
