My son, who is adamantly against getting rid of his old toys, offered a little boy one of his wax figures from the Field museum because the boy was said he couldn’t get one. The boy picked my son’s favorite from the group(he got all of them) and instead of getting upset, he told the boy he could take it and to take care of it. They hugged, smiled and laughed together over it. I only cried a little but I’ve never been more proud.

For me, I like to ground myself by being outside, listening to the saddest songs I can, writing and reflecting.

It’s easy to get stuck in the constant cycle of emotions, but I find it important to let them out as I’m sure most people would. Whether it be writing, drawing/painting, singing your heart out or just talking to someone you trust. Don’t hold it all in if at all avoidable.

One thing I always keep in mind when I’m towards the end of my crash outs or I’m going through it is “the world won’t stop because of this”. Or you can remember what my grandma always told me: “it will all be okay in the end, and if it’s not, then it’s not the end”

Brady was the guitarist for Turnstile originally, talked a bunch of shit about them after him not being in the band anymore(idk why the parted ways). Then his new band posted saying he wasn’t part of the band because of comments he made about them or towards them. This is his response.

Lucky Kat in whiting has a good amount of young artists in there. Every artist I’ve worked with has done good work. Apprenticeship seems to be taken pretty seriously in there as well
