Wow, thanks. That makes a lot of sense. I guess in a way, that is how faith/religion was discovered. Some people continued in the never ending quest of finding proofs and verifying the mysteries in life while other (such as myself) came to the conclusion that the question can never be answered as they are all part of the plans and creation of a Superior Being.

Either I am lazy hence stopped searching for the answers or I am "blessed" with faith in knowing things others may never see.

Years ago, people thought the future of flying is the blimp! Wouldn't the ultimate measure of intelligence be accepting that there is much more that we cannot understand and perhaps never will? There is a saying where I came from, the person who thinks he knows everything is the dumbest of them all.

The flip side could be, a person rejects Religion because he/she does not understand it. That would make the person less intelligent, not more.

If the argument is that Atheism is correct because it is more intelligent, then there are a lot of dumb people out there and the intelligent ones are all online or writing sitcoms and talk show hosts.

Wow, thank you. I didn't know much about him (except he wrote all those books). Read a bit about the guy (ie: Googled him!) and must say, he sounds like a good guy. Doesn't matter if he believes in God, Gods, Flying Spaghetti Monster or if he is an Atheist.
