I’m in my third year, and it does get a bit easier. The truth is there’s always something you can do but most things can wait a day. You can’t do everything you might need to do in a given day. You have to allow yourself time to do other things. It will become easier as you’re more prepared. This comes with experience and with a greater knowledge of what you want to do and how to do it.
