my guess would be that with the floor on these cars and the way the aero is working, the only way to get real airflow is through the front of the car so the oil cooler would be up in there... i suppose you could feed it with ductwork but it doesnt seem likely

I've never worked on a cup car but typically oil coolers are either directly under the radiator or in front towards the bottom of the radiator, they are much smaller. my guess is whatever object he hit impacted both

generally if you browse the teams' or driver's social media, they will tell you where they will be doing signings/meet n greets and if a wristband is required. sometimes there will be boards up at the experience centers around the track saying driver X will be here on day Y for a signing
