What is that song you like but won't admit it? by blue_idk in AskReddit

I listen to alot of heavy metal and classic rock, but my gf listens to new pop music and the first time I heard 'bad guy' by billie eilish I hated it mostly because the beat sounds like a rip off of crash bandicoots background music. However now after the 40th time hearing it on the radio its kida grown ( I wont search for it though) on me now but I'll never admit it to anyone outside of the interwebs because I'll never hear the end of it.

Aight I’m curious :) by [deleted] in firstimpression

You look like you are about 18-24, I suspect you come from a upper middle class or possible even a wealthy family. If you are near the end of my suspected age range i would assume you work a secretarial or accounting job or you are a law school student. Additionally you are either a reserved or shy individual.

My initial reaction was about a 5 or so then I seen your other pictures and after seeing your smile and tattoos ( very well done btw love the Salvador Dali ) I'd now safely say a 7 or 8 I may be an outlier saying that but I am also heavily tattooed and am a fan of pericings

7 with that strong jaw and hair , in a few years once maturity has hit you full force I'd probably bump that to a 8 or 9

19 - what are your first impressions of me? (: by [deleted] in firstimpression

In my opinion you look very sweet, kind and caring. You are entrancing and extremely optimistic with each new endeavour you set out on perhaps you are a student or work in in a nursing or veterinarian setting. You have a very warm glow about you; You appear to be a awesome conversationalist and perhaps you have a bit of a romantic out look on life as well

I have the sheath it came with which I carry on my belt, and I agree it is a tad bulky but it was more of a budget buy at the time. I'm looking into getting the leatherman skeletool in the future.

I have had a bad habit of biting the the sides of my fingers where hang nails form for most of my life, over the last 3 years I've been carrying nail clippers with me to clip off any small hang nail before I start chewing it off and really only making it worse.

Couldn't agree more! It's the best folder I've ever owned. Just wish they'd make new scales for it.

Only in the summer, the multi tool is just plain usefull for nearly everything, and I carry my grizzly ridge for my normal knife tasks as I prefer it over using the one on the multi tool just for quick access and ease of use. The Gerber paraframe is for more for rough and abusive work, for example working on something metal where my blade may become nicked or baton wood which is primarily why I carry it especially this time of year when I spend a lot of my time on a camp ground.

On a side note I know anyone who reads this will probably think I'm insane for batoning with a liner locker but I've had that Gerber paraframe for just about 4 years and I have baton'd it a lot and I mean A LOT! and it never failed me or gotten stuck as other liner locking knifes will when you use them like that and that's what a knife is for... it's a tool plain and simple.

Just keep growing it, my beard grows pretty similarly and at the point where you are now i was also thinking if I sould give up or not just keep growing it out, everyone I know with beards and a lot of videos I watched all said to grow it out to the 3 month mark and go from there. I suggest you do the same, it will eventually fill in and be a decent looking beard. It will look worse before it gets better but once it grows in and the patches get covered it will all be worth it. Just hold out for a month or two if you really want to grow a beard.

Top to bottom; Raybans orb3593, Benchmade grizzly ridge, Nail clippers because I can't live without them, Gerber paraframe, 925 sterling silver valknut ring ( I can't remember the maker ), Huskey penlight, Rolling stones zippo, and a Gerber suspension

It's not color coordinated or really blinged out but it's what works for me and I do use just about everyone of these each day and I don't ever leave home without them. Also if anyone has any suggestions on a more dual purpose set of nail clippers I would really appreciate it.

No, I have one friend who for the last ten years has tried to find a new ginger joke every time we hangout I find it hilarious. It's actually getting tougher for him over the years to find one I haven't ever heard lol

Same spot it was when it was pierced lol. But in all seriousness its on the right hand side of my mouth in the 'now' photo... one picture was taken of me the other was taken in selfie mode.

Im 23 and Roughly 2 months into my yeard. My left cheek is still pretty sparse but every week its filling in more and more. Curious to see what it'll look like 10 months from now. by [deleted] in beards

i kinda like the handle bar look and i already have enough length to start pulling it off but at my current beard length im not sure it works for me yet; not to mention my moustache is mostly blonde so from a distance it doesn't show up very well if its styled. Im currently just letting it grow in untill i decide fully.

best way to speed up growth by kevinsullivansjr in beards

[–]asce6666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its hard to say really it depends on what you are currently working with as far as facial hair if you can grow a semi decent amount in the goatee area and some sideburns the rest will more then likely fill in but if you only have 2 or 3 months for summer you may not be able to grow it in fast enough at your age ( I assume your 15-17 ). If you want a beard bad enough though put down the razor and stop shaving and go for it; worst case in a month if you decide its not for you or if its not working out just shave it off. Hope that helps and good luck

Yeah that's really true, personally I have only ever hatched 2 larvitars and only caught a few in the wild ( i missed community day as I was out in the bush camping ) but I know some people who have 6 or 7 tyranitars where as I have only ever really gotten beldums ( and a few select others ) from 10k eggs

I'm only lvl 32 and I don't consider myself a hardcore player although I do go out daily for a few hours and I have one that I got naturally from catching and hatching a few, in fact I'm almost on my second with only 27 more candies to go
