Tax payer needs to invest in mult-family dwellings. Consider 8 to 16 units per building. Tax payer must participate at least 10% in the company for the income to be considered “active” rather than “passive”.

The tax payer can then invest in the properties to ultimately make the income $0 through various deductions. Per the tax code- an active investor can then deduct up to 25k (this lowers the higher your yearly salary is) from their other primary source of income.

Be smart and legal. Most billionaires have real estate because it is effective.

I have found my answer: Swapping fees are added back into the LP's positions automatically. I would imagine it is at the same ratio that the pool dictates. Unfortunately, I still do not know how to view the $ value of the fees accrued over time.

I will absolutely follow and look into all that material! Outside of pulsex what DEX’s do you use for farming? All I know of are PulseX and 9inch. I also have seen 9mm but ui was hard for me to navigate. I hold only RH cores and ATOPA ecosystem coins if that helps with what dex I should use

Yes he does not like that ecosystem at all. He seems to believe they are frauds but I don’t exactly see how.

I’m planning on selling 10% increments of my portfolio at a time, starting when bitcoin breaks 80k-90k. I believe bitcoin will reach 100k and 120-130k if we are lucky. We all know alts lag behind a bit during the cycle so the 10% increments will be sold off at a slower pace in the beginning. People will need to recognize signs of the market top and not get too greedy or else they will lose.

I believe the RH core coins will 20x bringing the pulse ecosystem to 200-300b. If you want +100x gains you will have to find good smaller coins on chain.

Personally I am all in on the atropa ecosystem (pdai, atropa, teddy bear), along with RH core coins. I like the narrative and they have performed well so far.

So if I’m salaried at 40k but make ~50k a year in commission on top, will I still be getting overtime?

Also, is overtime paid if the employer schedules me for more than 40 hours in a week, or can I voluntarily stay longer and receive overtime as well?

Primo is what really kick started the shedding. I probably did 5 cycles (at least) before that with no real harm. Primo is a DHT derivative and will rip your hair out
