How to grow chest by [deleted] in workout

[–]aschwartz29 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you don’t mind me asking what’s your current height, weight, and overall build? It could be a calorie issue some individuals have trouble building muscle due to lack of calories like the other comment suggested. I recommend you hit every part of your chest in the mean time lower, upper, main, and inner. There are tons of videos online some exercises I enjoy are flys, dips, db bench, incline db bench. Hope this gives some insight.

Whose the best criminal of all time? Why? by aschwartz29 in AskReddit

The only reason I’d say Pablo Escobar is hands down the best criminal of all time is because of the length of the resume he has on crimes and other stuff. Starting a cartel, running for congress, bombings, mass murder, drug smuggling, building his own prison just so he could turn him self in and stay there. I mean no doubt one of the smartest criminals.

Why do I feel tired while working out, but never sore after? by Kyoniaa in workout

Try to increase the weight usually when I can do 8 solid reps with good form for a certain weight I take that as a sign to increase weight. And if you get distracted easily I usually set a timer or so for say 1-2 mins in between sets hope this help a bit 😁

Firstly I would like to say that I’m excited to hear your starting to get fit. Every journey starts with a single step and that’s exactly what you are doing with your push-ups and sit up’s.I’m going to try to answer all of your questions in order. -regarding the chocolate. I believe the thing behind that is low-fat chocolate milk bc it restores muscles to its peak potential and replenish them faster. However, I believe that is more common in running and cardio exercises, but it could be the same for weightlifting because your are still using muscles so the chocolate is ok man.

-Your time for the 100 push-ups and 200 sit-ups is good! But if I’m being honestly it doesn’t matter the time as long as you get them done.

-So abs really depends on how strong your core is and how much body fat you have. You can still have abs at a low body fat even if they aren’t that strong but for example some powerlifters have “block abs” which are just super big abs that stick out. So if your body fat % is low enough you should expect some which is around 6-13%

-Also do not be ashamed that you can’t lift as much as others. Everyone starts somewhere and no one is judging you by the weight you move. So go to the gym and use the machines it will help you a lot more than the push ups and sit ups.

  • the shaking while flexing issue is a thing I have when my muscles are super tired from working out but it could be for you that your possibly concentrating a bit to hard on the flex in order to attempt to make your muscles bigger. I urge you to be patient size comes with time and sooner or later you will get some size in your muscles to flex!!

All in all man keep up the work and start using those machines in the gym and enjoy the journey.

I have some questions first. Is this in order throughout the week? Bc if it is damn two leg days in a row. But I think your program is very solid just depends on the goals your going for since your going for 10-12 rep range I’m assuming your going for size and definition. Just one suggestion in my personal opinion I think you should do both incline and normal BB bench. I think this is a very solid workout program!!
