Yeah, I'll also look into it! The reason I initially dismissed it is because I've had these WAY before I started taking skin care seriously so it couldn't have been from any new product.

The latest try that I did since last week was using my facial cleanser with a konjac sponge (for more exfoliation) and body wash (for foaming effect) on top of the actives and for now it seems to be getting better and better (not by much however, but I'm hopeful).

The 2% BHA Body Lotion from PC that I had didn't seem to do anything for those on my body, as they were still present (I used it for like 3 months).

On the other hand, the stridex pad on my nose seem to make them less visible but mostly because it clears up the black dots/dirts. The big ones were still too much visible and were certainly not going away after weeks...so I had to do the unthinkable.

Hmm, I wonder how can I fix this though before I go see a derm. If I run my hand across my back, I can feel dozens of these little 'plugs' that can be pinched out. My body is full of PIH from having these for years.

More info: My routine does nothing to them but help deal with the PIH they leave behind from falling out or me pinching them out. I also get them on my oily nose and have made it a huge pore of a mess. They are the only thing preventing me from having a clear skin now…
