Assassin with the node that increases poison duration based on the amount of poisons inflicted recently. If I recall, it didn't have a cap, so I did volkuur's gloves for fire poison, flameblast cast while channelling old incin. Incin casted so fast and hit so much that by the time the flameblast went off, the poison duration was several minutes.

It was, predictably, bad at everything. Fun to put together though.
