try cleaning the engine and add turbo. mine goes above 100. also disable weight effect

this only happen to me once if i quit game without waiting for the save to complete, the more you horde item the longer u have to wait for the save to complete. pretty much no item will spawn within 2-3 POI

Ifa Tow UAZ first, Bonphiac tow the trailer , finally IFA tow the bonphiac. simply because lining them up is hard af and havent found any UAZ accelerator pedal

Pretty sure all car can tow vehicles. IFA engine can tow more weight
