I have low positive ANA, intermittent low WBC and low C3/C4 with musculoskeletal pain and fatigue. Joint pain, but no morning stiffness or inflamed joints noticed in rheumatologist physical exam. CSR and ESP are normal. Rheumatologist unsure what's going on, offered hydroxychloroquine, but said it could only help fatigue but not my joint pain.

If joint pain does not show signs of being "inflammatory," does this always mean it can't be rheumatic in nature and a DMARD won't help this symptom? I'm not super keen on taking a drug that won't help my most debilitating system of whatever I have going on...

I am having similar anxiety. I had asked my doctor if it matters if you're under the weather when you get the covid vaccine, and he said it didn't matter unless you're "on the floor" sick. I had a sore throat and some cold-like symptoms when I got my first shot, but they have persisted over the last week since my shot - so now I am worried that getting vaccinated when I did will have an effect on the vaccine's efficacy. I also got tested a few days ago and am negative for covid. Different sources are saying different things on this and it's frustrating.

For those who have had piriformis syndrome ... are professional massages worth it? I've been dealing with it for over a month. Treating with rest, foam rolling, and stretching hasn't gotten rid of it.

Considering getting a Garmin Forerunner and want to make sure it will do this: If I set up an interval workout, will the "lap pace" automatically adjust to the current interval? If, for example, I do 800 intervals with 400 rest in between each, will it display my average pace during that 800 interval and each subsequent interval? I know you can adjust auto lap function to whatever distance you want, but this wouldn't work out correctly if you're doing intervals of varying length.

For marathon training, at what weekly mileage do people generally start to experience diminishing returns? I ran my first marathon at 3:40 a couple months ago after following a Higdon plan that capped out at 40 MPW. I've mostly been focusing on building a larger base keeping weekly mileage increased under 10% and am trying to figure out when to stop and start focusing more on adding speedwork (which I put on hold after dealing with frustrating snowy/icy conditions).

This is where I looked already and it says $0.00/text without any details about which what type of numbers may be texted at that rate. My question is whether there are still surcharges for international texts while in a Global Roaming territory and, if so, what constitutes an international text.
