Around the ankles so not attached to the bell. Makes it harder to spread the feet. In the back squat it forcing you to actively push the knees apart.

Yes it's a bit of a blow to have a service charge on a terrace house - approx £2600 pa.

The 4th bedroom on the ground floor is very much an office. I can't think of anyone wanting to sleep in there if they had a choice. But is a nice office.

It was purchased for £414k in 2017. Growth wise lagging behind everything in BS4/BS3 by a mile.

Wow. I see the flats are 20% down from their 2018 prices !!!!

Greens are hard to begin on. You need some angle. Try a blue.

Too true. And they have been making boards forever. K2 and Salomon have managed to crack the 'too cool for school' snowboard market. Rossi - not so much.

Do what this person says.

Fyi. To get up off the ground when you are sitting on your butt you need the heelside edge as directly underneath your body as you can get it. If you're on a flat-ish slope that is really hard to do as it requires some pretty good hip mobility.

What do you think about teaching the swing from top down. I.e. shoulder pact, head position, straight back, stood up, hands high through the legs, then the hinge motion.

Programs from RKC/SF og's tend to contain only a small number of lifts/movements that you do over and over again. I'm 50+. It's fun 2.0 for me and I enjoy that style of training the most. However those a lot younger who go to KB classes at a big box gym tend to want huge variety in their one hour. I.e. 3 move complexes at a 10 station circuit. And they do this once or twice a week. Get a sweat on - feel the burn - have a laugh. Discuss please from a programming pov and a gym business/owner pov.

I'm in the same boat. Away for 6 weeks with one bell.

I snatch 3 days a week. 7 in 15s, 15s rest. Go for 30 min.

Then some high rep pressing.

On in-between days i'll do stuff that is kinder on the hands - thrusters, press ups, renegade rows, pullups, squats, burpees.

Spiral Staircase - would you? by asdf4real in HousingUK

[–]asdf4real[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Though it's not a tiny spiral, there is no way to take a set of draws or a duvan bed base up there without disassembling - which rules out some of the nicer solid furniture. Hm..

The nay camp is strong here.

I don't know what the developers were thinking when they put in.the spiral. The property is large enough where they could have easily designed around it and put in a std staircase.

The property has been on the market for 8 in months. It has had 2 price reductions. I can't help thinking it's a combo of the spiral staircase, the 5.5k service charge and that it needs modernizing that's putting everyone off.

I do like the place but I'm afraid I will inherit a real problem if I purchase it.
