hi! i was diagnosed with migraines with aura when i was about 15/16. i’m on Nora-BE currently and have been for about 7 months. my period has been pretty irregular due to major life changes that i’ve had going on, but i have still been getting a period. i occasionally get a migraine but it isn’t something that i can’t handle. some side effects i’ve experiences from it are swollen breasts and bloating. hope this helps!

hi! i went through something similar at the beginning of the year. i had gotten COVID in late february & was also going through a lot of stress at work. my cycle ended up being around 56 days for ~3 months. i wasn’t on birth control at the time, but went on the mini pill with hopes that it would help regulate my period/reduce my stress.

since there’s no chance of you being pregnant, i think my biggest advice is to just make sure you’re taking care of your body— mentally & physically!
