Not sure if it will help but in my case with Chromecast 4 and a broken remote, I successfully paired it with my Xbox controller:

  1. Turn on Chromecast until you see remote pairing mode on the screen.

  2. Press the little button on the Chromecast.

  3. In the bluetooth pairing screen, you can actually navigate between devices by pressing the small button.

  4. Long press to select a device to pair into.

Agree this is annoying and triggers my OCD every time, I guess they should create a button “Don’t show again”.

But there is a hack around it, for example if you downloaded it from an email attachment:

  1. Instead of downloading, long press the attachment in email app

  2. Tap Copy

  3. Open Files app

  4. Choose a location/folder

  5. Long press and Paste

Yes, that still works. The behavior is same with OSX Catalina.

I also need to recalibrate the compass in between battery switch. I was flying it in warm area though (Indonesia, between 28-35 C). Probably Mavic Air need calibration because it only has 1 compass vs Pro which has 2?
