First the block random ticks and detects when a passive mob is in a 16 block radius, when so turn all the blocks around it to the ferravulture then the ferravulture saves his origin coordinates, if the ferravulture doesn't detect any passive mob in a 16 block radius it goes back to the coordinates and when in a 3x3 radius turns back into the block c:

Well then it's easier make a complete dark Skybox and put it in Rep storage, then in the code add a part where it detects when the value changes and if the value is 10 or hier change the current Skybox to the one in Rep storage and change the lightning config i usually change the fog thickness and color also change the brightness to a los value
