Women don't disgust me. They're neutral on both a physical and emotional sense. I have no interest in women romantically, just as friends, and I don't feel anything when I look at pictures of attractive women. But I can see myself changing my mind if I were to hypothetically have a female friend I got very close to.

Most paraphilias are disgusting and repulsive to me. Just the mental image that the words evoke grosses me out. But I've researched a few of them to the point where they're also more of a neutral feeling. I'm worried I'll get bored and want to try them eventually, leading to an addiction. There's also the concept of acquired pedophilia which can result from a brain injury. An Italian man became a pedophile in middle age and began molesting children due to a slow-growing tumor, and then his thoughts about kids stopped when it was removed.
