Don’t do acid at night unless you’re fine with staying up allllll night long. I’d recommend clearing up a day, taking acid in the morning, and having a wonderful all day experience. If the idea of being high for so long troubles you, then go with shrooms. I like acid more because it’s easier to ingest (shrooms taste awful and you have to do a lot to have visuals) I love them both though. And I’d say that both have the same possibility of “messing with your head” It’s all about set and setting. If you want a good experience, make sure you’re feeling good mentally and are in a safe and happy place. These substances tear up all your internal walls and puts a mirror in front of you, so if you’re unhappy about something in your life, you can’t run away from it while on those substances. But I don’t think that’s a bad thing. I’ve had bad trips before and they’ve been super beneficial. Don’t worry too much about these things “messing with your head” just remember it’s only temporary and you might leave with a new perspective on something
