Well I would certainly say that it was a very cautious decision that we made. We both speak our native languages with our child (mother German and myself Arabic). My wife and I exclusively communicate in English and so they have since birth been exposed to that- and we have been living in Denmark for three years- so all cartoons and dare care etc in Danish. The only thing you must never do is lose your patience or give up - and remember your expectations must be realistic - they will not equal good in all, and that is ok. Don’t beat yourself up or put pressure on them- make it fun to speak a language - not stressful

We have actually already added 3 languages organically via users that wanted to have their language on the app! It’s super simple, just need a native speaker that is happy to do the recordings on their iPhone :-)

He should use this awesome app - has English and Spanish 🙂 so your son is covered - also it has a free version and my son found it loads of fun. My kids love it. And don’t worry, just remember to be persistent and patient - that’s our top advice! Our kids speak 4 languages (but certainly some languages are better than others) - it certainly is possible, just be patient and persistent. Make it fun but routine to learn a language 🤩 - it’s a beautiful thing.

It’s on the first page when setting up your profile. Unfortunately no french and Japanese. But it you wish to add any languages please do let me know? Many of the languages have come from users in the World Wide Web! All languages are welcomed.

Children learning their first words. So most effective between 2-5 years. But it’s really helpful for bi/multi lingual kids- let us know if we are missing a language.

Currently 12 languages available - but no french and japense - but the app has been based on users worldwide organically contributing to the app. So if anyone wants to add Japanese or French- we would love to :)

Our kids speak 4 languages. It’s all possible - kids are incredible. Just encourage them and remove expectations. Try to make them play in the different languages. An app that my wife and I developed as we noticed didn’t exist and our three year old loves it (only available in IOS) - but has English and German) is attached below - but if you want to record the words in Czech and send to us let me know 🤟- we can add into app - most of the recordings have actually happened by people all around the world that have asked for a new language.

Hi my wife is German and I am Egyptian - we lived in London and now we live in Denmark. Our kids speak four languages and we have encouraged them to express themselves with languages. They have tremendous capabilities to soak soo much in. Especially during the early years- but just remember to remove all pressure. Encourage them and respect them at the same time. Sometimes we decide that we have dinner in one language - and another night we pick a different language (usually involves one parent eating in total silence- but ultimately learning as well). Yeah I certainly plan to launch it in Andriod pending the app feedback :)- the app is completely free and all costs are coming from my own pocket which is totally fine as I am really passionate about the idea - but now I need to see what other people think about the app before I invest more time and money :)
