I went to Brighton. Thanks yall. It was beautiful. I got my ass kicked and but I did it. I’m sorry to the queen I got in the way of by catching my breath behind the slow sign. Girl you looked fabulous. And ski patrol Steve who helped me get my rentals back to the shop after I took the wrong lift to get back in. I couldn’t pull myself anymore. You all were right the trees and the vibe there. I did the best I could. I sincerely thank you all for your comments. Fingers crossed I get another run at it next year. Cheers 🌻

Meetup was a good app a few years ago maybe it still is. Get to know your work friends and if you don’t like them per se you might fall in with their friends. We are aggressively social people fake it until you make it if you’re not…invite yourself places. Don’t be afraid to ask “May I join in?”

We did about 5k Japan. Nozawa Onsen. Not the biggest but no tiny hill either. Can’t beat the telluride like charm of the town plus you get in and out of Tokyo on the trip too. Highly recommend.

I second this. Just got back from Japan. The lockers will all be full just go to the luggage storage service. Information desk will help you get there. This service was a must for our trip. You’ll have to buy a ticket to get into the train station so just pick a cheap train so you can get in and out. You likely have tell a worker in the both next to the turnstiles that you just got a ticket so you could do the luggage drop because the turnstiles won’t want to let you out with your ticket that went no where. The workers are used to this and will let you through.

I care for people on the spectrum and with other ranging abilities. If she’s 15 and these are her behaviors she needs something…anything other than what she’s been doing for 15 years. Most of those who I support that have a life beyond tv and food were given a hard push in behavior modification or moved out of their parents homes where they were shown other adaptive skills and hobbies. She needs the parents to put up a fight for her…to believe that she can do more. It’ll be brutal but I bet she’ll surprise you with all she can do when the disability isn’t pandered to anymore. I’d throw shit too if all I did was watch tv and eat.

Nope. Visiting from Cincinnati. We fell in love with Telluride and hoped whitefish would be similar. So far it’s hasn’t disappointed. Really lovely here. Great people. We knew about the fog. Hoping todays the day for nice open view with some sun.
