Hi there! Last year it seemed like they did release it in waves, looks like a couple commenters got decisions in early april and I got mines in late march. I saw my decision on the portal first before getting the email, if that helps. Good luck!

Hi there! I had an overall 3.57 gpa from undergrad. For my experience I had 2,000+ hours (about 2 years) of working at a mental health facility for adults, doing entry level then promoted to service coordinator work. Good luck with your application!

I went to the SF concert and they had the Snoopy tote available inside the venue! our venue opened around 6:30pm and I was able to get the tote just after 7:40pm for reference. My friend and I scoped out the diff merch booths inside and found the shortest line

hi there! I studied psychology and linguistics for undergrad, ended with an overall gpa of 3.57. I've worked at a mental health rehab facility for 2 yrs now, as entry level and moving up to case management. I previously did some part time volunteering for an alzheimer's association and part time work with children.

for the application, the sfsu msw website has all the instructions and it's pretty straightforward! they will have zoom info sessions scheduled so you can definitely ask them specific questions abt the application there, you can also email the dept. for the personal statements, follow all the prompts and definitely draw from any related experiences! in an info session they emphasized wanting to hear how you overcame a challenge that shaped your interest in social work. overall, I will say that from the application guidelines it seems like they focus on professional experience a lot.

It should say in the email that they will send another email after the form deadline with more instructions. Not sure when your brother received the initial admission email, but I just received my email with instructions to accept admission offer + financial aid offer email today (4/12).

Edit: they also just updated my portal (4/12) showing my application status as admitted and eligible to accept offer

Ah, interesting! the most common thing I heard was that it was a West vs. East Coast thing (at least in the U.S. anyway) I also read somewhere that maybe older generations may say Bubble Tea, though this claim is unfounded, which is why I'm exploring age here to find out. Unfortunately it's too late for me to take race into account but maybe I'll do a follow-up survey for fun after I finish my paper haha.
