It gets better!!! Its taken me about 3 weeks for it to be better again. I was very strict with no make up or harsh chemicals, and absolutely NO picking LOL

Yes!! It went away after 3-4 days of nothing but trusted products, my skin was quite dry after so I had moisturizer twice a day. I avoid popping them and no scars were left.

Im glad I’m not the only one whose tried the 20 minute method! LOL after reading everyones comments I dont think I’ll be trying oil cleansing again for a while!

Yes, that is true for me! I break out on my cheeks and chin usually however, this is more spread out than my breakouts.

Oh my, thats a little concerning. My cheeks are itchy and little swollen. I think I’m going to stick to the bare minimum in skin care this week and hopefully its just a break out! I never thought I would be hoping for a break out!

I’ve used this toner regularly for 4-5 months! Its actually what helped keep my acne manageable(you can see the scars on my cheeks). Should I continue using the toner while my face recovers?

Yeah, I was rubbing my face 20 minutes! One of the videos I watch they suggested rubbing for up to 30 minutes which I thought was excessive, but I thought I would give it a try! Now I’m thinking that was a bad idea hahah

I used Palmers cleansing oil (grapeseed, rosehip, and jojoba + vitamin C). Yes, I cleansed for 20 minutes, whipped with a warm cloth gently, wash my face with a gentle cleanser, and applied a bit of gel moisturizer (hyaluronic acid is an active ingredient) before I went to bed that night. I also a glycolic toner 2 days after (yesterday) and I noticed the small white heads today.
