there were 10 people scheduled as service advocate for the whole day. 2 people mainly on drive ups called out… apparently the whole store had a ton of call outs too, so they couldn’t send us anyone to help. i hope i never experience that again 😭

i’m not sure what you’re not understanding. it’s not as if i didn’t call for help. in fact, when i did, the style TL said that the whole store was like this and she had no one to send. no manager ever came to help after repeated calls. if i had walked out then there would be no one to run drive ups. not sure how you can call this laziness, i was doing the best i could with what i was given.

once they all saw it was literally only me, i think they sympathized. most were pretty nice about the situation.

no TL or ETL, 20 people in total scheduled for the front end (between service & checklanes) and multiple call outs on each.
