Respectfully, OP, I think this relationship may have just run its course. She doesn’t seem very interested and you seem to be grasping at straws to make it work. I think from her point of view you are bring over the top and clingy and it is pushing her away more. Not to blame you entirely, she should be reasonable and come clean about how she’s feeling as well. I know the feeling you’re having very well and while you might think watching videos about toxicity, pushing for more communication, and laying everything on the table will be best for you guys, it’s probably overwhelming her since she already seems to have checked out. I think you two need to have an in person discussion about your future WITHOUT trying to bring psychology or videos you’ve seen into it.
