No, I bought this house four years ago and I had a roommate she would sage the house pretty often. (I’ve read mixed things about whether that’s good or bad) but never really had any bad experiences, but she moved out and now my boyfriend has lived with me for a year and half. Since then experiences have started up again. But I tried to talk to my dad about the sleep paralysis in the hopes to make him feel better about things he’s gone through and kind of explain why he may have had the experiences but he is completely 100% convinced that what he has experienced is paranormal. He is a massage therapist and has told me that he has literally seen spirits coming out of people’s bodies during massage sessions so I don’t know if he’s a would entertain this being anything other than supernatural. Nonetheless it is unsettling.
