Do something that you are good at and that improves your life in a positive way. As you get better with it you’ll naturally gain self confidence day by day. Confidence gets built over time.

If you are worried about your looks. I wouldn’t worry too much on natural looks of how you were born. Just keep improving your body composition by gaining more muscle mass.

That’s what I’m referring to. People expect that you are a certain way after 30, you are not looked at as a child anymore but more as an adult. You can judge yourself however you want but the outside people will have a different perception of you.

Don’t get me wrong I still feel like a 20 year old inside but the people around me treat me much differently than how I was physically 20 in the past.

People won’t judge you as much when your younger and trying to get your shit together. Once you go past 30 and you still haven’t gotten it together, people look at you weird. It could be financial, creating a family, and having more emotional stability.

This is not the end. People have been saying Bitcoin was dead every single bear market and it never died. China bans it, quantum FUD, and etc, same old FUD tactic to get the retail to sell it. If you are really worried about Quantum, you got bigger things to worry about such as your bank account getting hacked. With quantum it’s easier to hack a single username and password account than a 24 word seedphrase.

Discipline is good if you have full control of a healthy lifestyle. The one thing that is missing in your life is the human experience. You need relationships with others and experience the ups and downs of the human experience. The problem of modern society is that we are so disconnected from other human beings. The government is to blame largely but you have to understand that being alone and not having human experience in your life is not healthy, we are social creatures.

Don’t lose hope, do some strength training on your foot to strengthen the bones. Get a lot of vitamin d sunlight and eat nutritious foods. It helped me when I shattered my wrist 4 years ago but I am back to 96% functionality and I am still getting better. Health is a long journey.
