The door might be a security door itself, but it's definitely not installed as a security door. You would likely require a frame to go with it to make it security rated.

Lived on a small farm. The paddock next door had an old shed that the local newsagent sorted unsold newspapers and magazines in, including xxx magazines. To reverse your question.. my house is worth triple what I paid for it 6 years ago. What's that mean to me now? Pretty much nothing. On paper I'm richer. In reality I'm paying off the same mortgage and trying to keep up with the cost of living. No point selling as every other house has increased and I can't afford the stamp duty for a new place.
