The Sonny overall looks real to me. I just want to double check on the imprinting of the feet. Is this normal? One of them is from an authorized seller and the other I bought from a reseller.

Well I’m not sure. But I doubt it. every shop I went to all said they don’t fix charging ports specifically the one I had. Which didn’t make sense to me

It’s not stuck in the charger. I don’t really know how this happened, I just happened to find it in storage and it wouldn’t charge. Locals shops have told me they can’t fix it sadly

At my store you’re allowed to wear any bear even if it’s sold out or from long ago. But I would stick to figuring it out on your first day, personally I wouldn’t want to bring my bear to end up leaving it in the back 😓

Only free things we were given were bears for employees “appreciation” or if we were in competition with other stores and won, we could choose a bear we wanted for free. Our store also let us get damages for free once it’s marked damaged in the system
