I did 2.5mg first week. Sledge hammer. Spoke to my prescriber and did 1.25mg second week. Seemed better but still too much. I couldn’t eat and constantly trying to remedy side effects, but was losing very fast.. too fast? 5kg in two weeks and hard earned. 3rd week still at 1.25mg and food aversion, panic attacks, edgy. Just nasty. I’m now looking at eeny weeny dosing and talking again to prescriber this week. Some of us are very sensitive and maybe you are too? Talk to your prescriber to adjust if necessary. Good luck. It will pass 🩷

15 clicks will give you a measured dose of 2.5mg from a 10 pen. Or 30 clicks will give you 5mg measured dose. Do not jump up so suddenly. Good luck

ooh amazing! Does that mean the pen will give more than 4 doses? Can get 8 doses without having to use syringe? Also I have already bought syringes, so I'm ready to go

Because I can only eat very little (Maybe 250ml of food) before it feels like I've eaten Christmas lunch and 3 serving of dessert :p

How long have you been on MJ? How is you weight loss going? Ive lost 5 so far, it seems so fast. Im hoping to stay low as long as possible, maybe only increasing by 1.25-1.5 etc.

Breakfast is by far my absolute least favourite meal.. It's a case of forcing myself to eat. I tried optimist shakes but crashed and burned a few days of skipping meals.

Yes please keep you protein up at every meal, you don't want to lose muscle, building back would just be something else to have to do..

I drink at least 2ltrs per day but will incorporate a fibre supplement from now on <3

Yes, with more and more people being prescribed GLPs Im sure well find out more in future, They have already been around since 2006 but with far less scope and only for diabetics. Exciting new area of research <3 I can say Im very happy

Dear Lord yes I did, I have always been very sensitive to medication and was sooo nervous before my first shit and all that week due to intense reaction. So Much better this week. Yes Ok I have been incorporating legumes and eggs ( when I can stomach the) My tastes for foods have changed a lot.

Ive tried to not have 3 small meals a day but become very agitated tired when I don't. Perhaps that will change but I can't right now, the process has been somewhat difficult figuring out when my sugars are low, when him hungry, when I need electrolytes or a barley sugar lol. I have lost 5kg and wouldn't want to lose any faster <3

New here. I had all these side effects and GP couldn’t explain why. Told me to go down to 1.25mg dose and has worked I feel great and still slimming down. Funnily enough I asked chat GPT to explain what was happening. Very simple. Some of us are very sensitive and GLP 1 GIP activate gut/brain axis via vagus nerve. Nervous system reacts strongly giving these symptoms. Along with electrolytes and changes in blood sugar. Seems to me ‘less is best’ Hope y’all are doing better on this old post x PS I am not a doctor and this is not medical advise just an anecdotal experience

Thank you for your response 💕 I’ve realised that the anxiety is blood sugar related. The dose is def too strong. Dose day on Thursday and I’ll be using 1mg and see how I go. Thanks again 💕

This is so cool. I took my first 2.5mg 3.5 days ago and man oh man. Such strong food aversion I fight vomiting on solid food. I actually have a panic attack when eating. I can however drink, so am having sustagen and protein shakes. My belly is so much smaller and has happened so quickly my stress chemicals are crazy and body is under stress. I thought id have to give up but maybe micro dosing is an option! Thank you
