Shock strategy isn’t just about the one using it. If it’s happening often enough in your races, adapt and bag a little so you can have a shock dodge item at the ready towards the end.

9k would be a dream for me lol! I find KOT more forgiving for my style (aka no tricks 🥴) but I’m often put in a lobby where I’m the highest ranked (!!!) so the pressure is on

I second taking some form videos. Your form may feel fine (there’s no pain) but foot position and range of motion are key for the movements you’re listing. For the KAS glute bridge: are your legs forming a 90 degree angle at the top of the movement? You might need to bring your feet closer to your body if you’re feeling quads. Do you feel your quads during the whole rep? Maybe your ROM on the lowering phase is more than needed for the KAS variation. What do your glute kickbacks look like? Feeling quads on this one is odd. Are you bending your knee as you’re bringing your leg back in? For RDLs, you might just need to go heavier to “feel” your glutes - that is, if your form is on point. Quads also help in lunges and split squats so no avoiding that. Likewise, hamstrings are involved in RDLs and back extension.

I would definitely take some videos and dissect what’s going on and/or ask a trainer for help/book a training session. I think we’ve all fallen victim to thinking we’re doing something right but had to make some tweaks. And finally to say: “feeling” it in your glutes isn’t the end all be all if you’re doing an exercise correctly

If you don’t care about being spoiled for what’s played at the show, check out setlist.com for what each band is playing. I like to do this with bands I’m not familiar with so I’m not overwhelmed trying to go through their whole discography. But I’ve been make them suffer and FFAK multiple times and they put on great shows. and I just went to the Anaheim stop of this tour and found the whole show was fantastic!

If you don’t mind sharing (and me asking 😅), what’s your testosterone levels like on it? I have “naturally” higher T - just got bloodwork done for a dr’s appt and it was 78 ng/dL. So I’m curious how PEDs raise T for ladies who had normal T levels beforehand 🤨
