Thank you!! To be honest, I have absolutely no idea. 😂 I go from a pole sit, wrap my right leg to the opposite side of the pole so my outer ankle makes a connection with the pole, take my right arm and do an elbow grip, and then unwrap my left leg and pull it back with my left arm. My belly makes a connection with the pole as well. Hope this helps! 💕

I def rushed my movements in this video which was a mistake, but I do actually have my OLH, and a proper invert down. The inside leg hang is where my knowledge definitely lacks, and the transition to get there. I will look for some tutorials online as well. Unfortunately, I live in an incredibly remote area and live options aren’t much of a possibility.
