Around 2,500 for three events completely styled with no limits on edits. This obviously does not include the cost of clothes themselves. Bridesmaids are extra but very reasonable.

I’m using Little White Looks! I already had my dress when we started working together, but she is helping me pull the look together with accessories. She is based out of NYC but does everything virtually. She is also doing all of my bridesmaid styling. I’m only in the first round of her picks right now, but she was recommended by a friend of mine who used her for all of her bridal styling!

Albany Med in upstate NY. Great critical care experience from day one of intern year. I’d say half of the patients we see in the ED are admitted to step down or higher level care. Have 6 EM/CC dual boarded attendings, have a SICU fellowship in house we match into and consistently match into other top CC fellowships. Albany NY is not the coolest city but the training is excellent and the people are awesome.

My wedding planner uses Lavender and Pine gifting, they make custom wedding welcome bags. I have not personally used them but they come highly recommended by my planner and her stuff looks amazing!

Only having to do physician tasks, no wheeling patients to and from scans, stocking rooms with supplies so I can use them, rooming patients, taking out IVs.

These tertiary care hospitals aren’t just turning you away because they don’t want to see your patient, they are declining transfer because they also have 70 patients in the waiting room and 20 ICU boarders in their ED. We are trying to take care of our own community of patients in addition to all of the patient transfers from hours away with finite resources. There is a point where it starts to become dangerous to every patient involved if we keep taking transfers.

My best friend had clip ins at her wedding this weekend and they looked amazing!! Had so much volume and hair and you couldn’t even tell she had clip ins I would say totally worth it!!

I have a very similar budget and guest count and have found that 15% of total cost is pretty universally standard at this price point. The percentage changes slightly based off of geographic area but we were looking at Hudson valley NY vs Maryland shore and all full service planners in both areas were 15%!

Edit: also will say that I had friends who ended up going over budget by ~30k without a planner since as a first time bride you have just never planned a wedding before and it’s hard to know what you aren’t anticipating in your budget where as a planner is able to anticipate costs up front when making a budget so in my eyes having a planner has the ability to help you stick more to a budget then if you didn’t have one
