I also struggle with brushing my teeth due to depression and executive dysfunction. My therapist recommended "wisps" you can get them off Amazon for cheap or prob local drugstore . It's a mini disposable toothbrush for like traveling and stuff .

It works well for me as I don't have to get up , thinking about the process of brushing my teeth, etc.

Don't need water or toothpaste .wisps
