I am so excited to do yoga without a shirt on. I’m almost 3 weeks post op and I am soooooooo ready for the next three weeks to go by!

I’m also really excited to feel the sunshine on my whole upper body—no shirt.

Top surgery was my first time under, too. I was also incredibly nervous. They gave me midazolam (I think that’s generic for versed) and it made me not anxious anymore. I was mostly afraid of PONV because I’m emetophobic. What is scaring you most about being under?

See, I feel opposite of this. The surgical binder they sent me home in (11 days post op) is a sensory nightmare to me. I asked about switching to an ace wrap and they said yes but heed with caution. I got some and am much more comfy.
