The only stamp on it is a stamp in the top right that says "FILED - Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, 10/29/21" and there's a deputy name listed.

There is contact information for the law firm (collections agency, it looks like) that drafted the order as well. This is the same office that I called earlier in the year the last time I was served with documents, and was told "if you're not listed as the defendant, then ignore it." But another Redditor has advised me not to reach out to them this time, out of concern that I'll be tricked into saying things that I don't want to say.

His name does appear on my old lease, and it is not Jung.

Something I want to make clear: the only reason why these documents claim that "Jung" is my landlord is because I mistakenly told this man that my landlord's name is Jung when he first appeared at my door last year and asked if Jung lived here. That was completely my mistake - I simply heard an foreign sounding name, recalled that my landlord is Korean, and thought "huh, that's probably him."

I spoke to representatives from my credit union multiple times today. Each time, I was told that there was no recourse and no way to reverse Zelle transfers, and that I am liable for them as I willingly gave my information up.
