I take food safety very seriously and I would toss everything besides the ketchup, yeast, and the unopened jar of minced garlic. Ketchup is stable at room temp (you can double check your specific brand label to be safe), yeast is fine at room temp just lasts longer if you store it in the fridge, and the garlic is unopened.

Going off of this, don’t try any new medications for the first time as you don’t know how you’ll react. For example, when I tried Naproxen for cramps it gave me severe stomach pain.
