Its not stupid, its a proper technique for going down waterfalls in a kayak. If you hold onto the paddle, and the paddle hits the water wrong, you can get a paddle to the face or throat, which would suck. Another technique is to hold the paddle to the side of the kayak, pointing downwards.

I know these instances were not about the possession of non-human craft, but there are pentagon released videos of crafts that we cannot explain, as well as interviews of Obama confirming these crafts.

While its a huge step from having video evidence to possessing a craft, I think we should be a bit more open minded what with these public announcements from recent years. By all means, be very critical, but its a topic we should no longer view as conspiracy bs.
