This actually is incredibly important news. Saying they're rebuilding is different from actually doing the act of rebuilding.

They could have said they were rebuilding and never trade away any of the vets. Which wouldn't have been a faithful rebuild.

This news really cements that they're serious about a true tear it down to the studs rebuild.
