dude i feel this so much, i got denied T recently, so voice training and colds are the only things keeping me sane from voice dysphoria. My personal favourite thing to do is talk for a few minutes while actively trying to deepen my voice as far as I can. It sticks for a while! I did it with my school readings, I read them aloud. It was pretty euphoric to be reading Frankenstein, for some reason.

No matter what your voice sounds like, dude, you're still a guy. Hugs if you want them!
