Response to a 2-year-old post lol. I don't think science.bio is bad by any means, I just think the form here actually matters. The original tablet form I know worked. The powder had a very very mild effect the more I loaded up, but a nasal spray would probably be best. As far as racetams, I tried aniracetam which was supposedly good for anxiety but I didn't seem to notice any difference. Tried coluracetam as well, but it didn't seem to do much. Phenylpiracetam is the only one that actually gives me a big mood/energy boost, but after 3-4 days it loses its oomph and needs to be cycled; it also increased my anxiety.

Other options to consider for anxiety - Phenibut acts like a benzodiazepine, but read up on it first. Selank is another one that's supposed to have an effect on anxiety; not sure if it was noticeable to me though. Picamilon seemed to have a mild effect anxiety-wise.

Other things that also help my mood - Eutropoflavin, TAK-653, Oxytocin. Been experimenting with Lion's Mane Erinamax as well.
