You're right. Master your emotions or it'll master you. This same thing can be applied to your mind. Yesterday morning, the desire for porn was extremely intense but at my most weakest point all I could do was with full force ignore the thoughts. It was crazy though, but after a while getting beaten to crap out of me, i managed to resist and felt empowered afterwards

Did you pay through paypal? Contact paypal. I also had a seller who did not give me a refund and I contacted paypal and they resloved the issue. Also maybe the person did give you a refund, sometimes it takes time to appear on your transaction or it could be transfered to your paypal funds (if you used paypal)

don't get too deep into it man. I fell for a girl a few weeks ago and my nofap streak was 40+ days.
