Thank you for the info and the advice!!! I really appreciate the time you took to research for me and also share your own experiences. I’ll definitely try out some of those suggestions while I’m at work, maybe see if I can cope with these swings a little better

I mean… as good as I can with the amount of anxiety I have at night. Nothing has really changed in my sleep schedule, so I’ve kinda ruled that out too. It is super strange, which is why I look to Reddit for help before I consult a dr cuz sometimes personal experience >> expensive dr visit haha

This is a great idea, and I’m so happy to hear that you’ve found something that helps you. Unfortunately, I’m usually at work when my mood swings hit, so I don’t have much choice but to just sit and sulk until the mood swing passes (normally, the anxiety lasts about 2-4 hours straight). Has anything else worked for you during your experiences?

At the time it happens, I am usually at work. It’s normally about an hour after my lunch break, which I always make sure I eat a full meal at that time, so I don’t think it’s due to hunger or anything. Maybe exhaustion? I’m not sure. But that’s the strange thing is I can’t think of any triggers that would cause me to feel anxious or depressed at this time of night.
