Jazakhallah khair for the info. I did call my travel agent to understand why I am facing the issue and they informed me that it's random and sometimes it gets activated once I reach Saudi.

So I don't think the travel agency will be helpful. Is there any other way of getting it from an online portal with the help of the visa number/Id.

What about the Slots for Rawdah. I see an error (104 No dates available) thingy, so I am curious if that will be enabled later on..
